Fairfield Police Charge Man With Violating Protective Order At Wife's Home
On May 18, Brian Quinn, 48, of Stamford, threatened to kill his wife, police said. On May 20, a judge granted a protective order against Quinn.
Late on Sept. 9, the woman was called to her house on Lee Drive where Quinn had been reportedly intoxicated, police said. He left without causing further disturbance, police said.
She reported the incident to police, who applied for a warrant, which was granted Sept. 17.
Quinn was charged with violating a protective order and held on $10,000 bond. He was taken to court Sept. 18. No information was available regarding his court appearance.
