Nearly 2 dozen charged in Cambria County drug roundup

Cambria County District Attorney Greg Neugebauer says 22 people are facing drug charges after a sweep across the Johnstown area.

Over the past week, authorities say the suspects were taken into custody on felony arrest warrants – most of the charges involving the delivery of drugs such as crack cocaine, methamphetamine and heroin.

According to the district attorney’s office, the following individuals have been apprehended and arraigned at the Cambria County Prison:

Neugebauer says the sweep was conducted by the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office, the Cambria County Drug Task Force, the Cambria County District Attorney's Office, the Cambria County Sheriff’s Department, the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, the Johnstown Police Department, the Ferndale Police Department, the Upper Yoder Police Department and the Richland Township Police Department.

Police say they are still actively looking for Shaquan Williams, 22, of Altoona.
