Who's That at Sheila's Cremation on Bold & Beautiful?
This is no April Fool’s Day joke: The week of April 1, The Bold and the Beautiful is bringing back to the canvas Sean Whalen as Carl Ferret, the hospital janitor who always seems to know a whole lot more than the best way to mop up a blood spill!
Perhaps not coincidentally, the character makes his first appearance on Friday, April 5, the same day that a bereaved Deacon accompanies the body of ill-fated fiancée Sheila to the crematorium. Seeing as Carl has always appeared to have access to every area of the hospital, we wouldn’t be surprised if he turned out to be the employee who was tasked with returning the merry murderess from ashes to ashes, from dust to dust.
We’d even bet a toe that this will be the occasion that Deacon finally notices that none of Sheila’s little piggies has gone to market — meaning that the body on the slab doesn’t belong to her but this blast from the past.
Besides his soap role, which started all the way back in 2007 and included a mini-plot involving a massive crush on Bridget, Whalen has done approximately a zillion movies (among them The People Under the Stairs, Never Been Kissed, Halloween II, Jersey Boys and Idle Hands) and TV series (like Friends, Lost, Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman and Superstore).
